1. Refunds and Service Cancellations

As our services are delivered online, refunds are only possible if the service has not yet been used. Here’s how it works for each package:

  • “Start” Package (Basic):
    • Refunds are only possible before the consultation begins. After the consultation is held, no refunds are provided.
  • “Growth” Package (Standard):
    • Refunds are possible if none of the consultations have been used. Once the consultations have taken place, no refunds are available.
  • “Scale” Package (Advanced):
    • Refunds are possible if none of the consultations have been used. Once at least one consultation has been held, no refunds are issued.
  • “Premium” Package (Full Support):
    • Refunds are possible within 7 days of purchase if no consultations have taken place. Once the first consultation is held, no refunds will be provided.

2. Consultation and Course Cancellations

  • Consultation Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
  • Course Cancellation: To cancel a course and receive a refund, if the course has not yet started, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. After the course begins, no refunds will be issued.

3. Technical Issues

If you encounter any technical problems that prevent you from accessing consultations or courses, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved or if the service is unavailable for an extended period, we will offer a refund or alternative solutions.
